Do you have a shopfront and sell your products over the counter?

Yes we do. Our shop address is

What do you mean 'Same Day Order' of Stock Status?

'Same Day Order' actually means we might not have the product in the shop, However if you place an order (just give us a call, or email us, or drop in) in the morning, we then ship it from warehouse to our shop,and the product will be availble in the afternoon for pickup.

How do I do mail order?

Here are the steps to do the mail order transaction:
1. Order
You email us the order with specified products, quantity, and your delivery address.
2. Invoice
We will email you a pro forma invoice with the total price which includes freight and GST
3. Payment (3 options)
Option1 Cash Deposit
By depositing CASH into our bank account over bank counter.
Option2 Web Banking
By transfer money directly into our bank account via Internet.
Option3 Check
By sending us a check
Note: Please quote the pro forma invoice number while making payment.
4. Delivery
If paying by Cash Deposit or Web Banking, the goods will be shipped out using courier post the next working day of the payment.
If paying by check, goods will be shipped out once the check is cleared, normally it takes 5 working days for our bank to clear the check.
5. Notification
Once the goods have been shipped, we will send you an email with the delivery detail for you to track and trace the goods.

About Warranty

What is Return to Base Warranty?

That means return to Ezone Compters Ltd.

What is Manufactory Warranty ?

Some manufactures provide their own warranties direct to the customer. This means that you simply phone the manufacture directly, and they will arrange for your product to be returned to them for warranty service or replacement rather than EZONE COMPUTERS LTD This provides you faster, cheaper service than if you were to return it to us, as we would simply have to return it to the manufacture by the same means.

What is On-Site Warranty?

Some manufactures provide on-site warranties to the customers who purchase their products. That means either manufactory's service provider will come to your place* to do the warranty serivces or they are responsible for the shipping of the good need to be seviced at their service center. What you need to do is to ring the manufactory's 0800 number, and they will arrange the warranty service for you.

*Some conditions apply, for example, normally it is required the service site should be 25KM within the existing service center.

How long does the Ezone Computers warranty service take?

It depents on different cases. We provide express services to our customers. In almost all the cases, we do same day warranty serice. However, should there be a significant delay for any reason, EZONE COMPUTERS LTD will endevour to assist customer in having your system up and running again as soon as possible. This may be done by loaning you a part, or offering you an upgrade; this will be done at our discretion only.
